The land of Savoie welcomes research and training centres, enterprises and technical partners who work together for the development and promotion of eco-conception and recycling.
Training Centres : 
The University of Savoie and the Superior National School of Arts and Trades (ENSAM) offer a master of “Eco-Conception and Environmental Management”, with the objective of training engineers in the conception of performing and competitive products, mostly capable of taking charge of the group of environmental problems plaguing enterprises (ISO 14001, risk management…)

R&D Projects and Collective Actions :
ARAMM
(Rhone-Alpes Agency for the Mastry of Materials) has enlisted a collective action on the theme “eco-conception, design and materials”. The objective : familiarize enterprises and designers with the advantages, tools, and methods involved in eco-conception and the emergence of eco-conception projects.

COMPOSITEC
the national resource centre for the composites channel, supports the RECYCOMP project, which aims to recycle waste products from composites. 10 industrial partners (Ashland Polyester, Corima, Cray Valley, Italdry, MCR/Inoplast, Plastic Omnium, Sadac, Saint Grobain Vetrotex International, SDE/Schneider Electric, Soficar) represent the groups within the channel who are testing the different solutions.

The Savoie Eco-Industries Network :
A network of specialized competencies in collection, treatment, and valorisation of waste products, this network gathers industrial organisations (Akros, Trez), specialised prestataires (Trialp, Valespace, Valdelec) and study offices (Inddigo, RVX), as well as research and training centres (ENSAM, Polytech' Savoie) and enterprise support organisms (Agence Economique de Savoie, ARAMM, CRITT de Savoie).
