Business incubators are designed to help new companies take their first tentative steps, thereby increasing their chances of success and accelerating their development. As well as offering moderate rents and shared facilities (fax, telephone reception, secretarial services, meeting rooms, etc.), business incubators provide young entrepreneurs with moral support by facilitating discussions with other start ups and thus avoiding the feeling of isolation that strikes many fledgling companies.
